It is a pleasure to invite you to participate in the 7th edition of the International Workshop  on Disordered Systems during September 20-24 of 2010. The venue is in a historical building of theBenemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, in the spanish colonial city of Puebla, surrounded by huge volcanoes, located in the highlands of central Mexico. This workshop has been celebrated every 2 years since 1998;  the first one took place in Arica (Chile), the sixth one in Cordoba (Argentina) in 2008.

The purpose of this workshop is to gather researchers working in disordered systems  to share their most recent work. The scope is general; with fields as varied as condensed matter, atomic physic, nuclear physics, acoustics, and biological physics. Traditionally and currently, the main focus is on low-dimensional systems

We plan to have about  about 20 invited talks and about 15 contributed talks,  two poster sessions and plenty of time for discussions.
